You know that frowning Ipod that appears on the screen of your Apple Ipod when something has gone horribly wrong?  Well, I am very familiar with it.  Since purchasing my wife the 60GB Apple Ipod Photo a couple of years ago, I have already had to send it in for repair once and now the problem is occurring again.  At first, I was very afraid, but then I decided to do some heavy research.  I discovered that many people had problems with a loose cable connected to the hard drive.

After opening the Ipod, I saw the cable which is attached to both the front and back of the case.  I made sure it was tight into the drive and into the socket on the back of the case.  I closed it and started it back up.  It is working perfectly now.  I wish I had read more sooner.
